Large home overlooking beautiful lake so lots of water fun!

The Majestic Lakefront Retreat was a fantastic home to share with my children and grandchildren (our ages 6-80). With the many levels and sections we all had our own spaces. The kitchen was very well equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Anya was an amazing help and responded immediately with any questions we had. The views of the lake, from almost every room in the house, were beautiful. None of us wanted to leave. Things I wish I knew ahead of time (though I would still come back) are: the road to the house is about 5 miles long but 2/3 of the roads are dirt and gravel and it takes about 25-30 to get into and out of the lake (plan ahead with your grocery shopping). You can't flush toilet paper down the toilet but there are covered garbage bins in all of the bathrooms. The Sauna costs extra to use. The house could use a little TLC, especially lighting.Like I said before none of these would stop us from coming back to enjoy the Majestic Lakefront Retreat.

We had a great time at the lake house! There was plenty of room for our group and lots for us to do while we were there. You can't find a better property if you want to be right on the lake.

It was quite pleasant. The road in could be daunting for some, the instruction for use were clear enough if a little unusual, the exterior needs some minor upkeep, but the place is spacious, comfortable and quiet. Communication with the host/owner was cordial and prompt. Overall a very pleasant experience.
