The property was excellent, exactly what we wanted.

Lovely park with great decked area outside the restaurant/bar overlooking a lake. Caravan was comfortable with everything we needed. Nice decked area with chairs/table outside & parking. For the price it was very good value. Easy walk into Chichester.
Some crockery & cutlery needed cleaning before we could use it. Sofa was a bit hard if you sat for too long.

Extremely easy check-in with the keys in a lockbox. Lots of very helpful information sent to me before I arrived. Large parking space next to the caravan that accommodated our full-size American pickup truck. Very close to great local attractions. Great telly and sofa set up.
