Great host; communicative and responsive. Condo was clean and nicely appointed. Complex was well maintained and quiet. Location is great for easy access to beach, dining, and shopping. Highly recommend!

Walkable to St. Armand’s shopping/dining Circle. Good restaurants. Pool very nice. Condo across the street from beach. Chaises at beach location for use. Condo had everything you needed. Host communicated well and we had a very nice stay.

Renee’s condo was nicely appointed with the furniture and bedroom very comfortable. It has a great pool, and pool area, and just a short walk across the street to the beach. If you enjoy dining out there are many great restaurants all over the Sarasota area. Also enjoyed the warm Florida sun.

Location excellent. Accommodations “tired”. Towels and beach towels plentiful , but fall into well used category. Provision of a few basic items that make it easy for guests would be nice. Dishwashing soap, a few rolls of toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, salt and pepper, possibly other condiments, coffee filters. None required, but would make guests settling in easier and not need to run out for supplies. Overall, very pleasant stay.
