I can't say enough positive things about The Beachcomber - and Beverly. I just wish we'd had a little more time to stay there! Lubbock was a quick roadtrip layover on our (me, daughter and granddaughter) way to Austin, but we'll definitely spend more time next time. Great neighborhood, great property - and great host! Absolutely whole-heartedly recommend The Beachcomber!

Love love this place can’t wait to visit again

Great stay and cool tiki bar setup in the back yard. Only one hiccup with the hot water on the last morning otherwise the place was great.

We had a really lovely stay at the Beachcomber! The house was wonderful…very clean, thoughtfully stocked, and full of amenities that made it feel comfortable and easy to settle into right away. The decor is super cute and you can tell a lot of care has gone into creating a fun, welcoming space. The only downside was the backyard situation. Based on the listing, we expected it to be private, but it is actually a shared space. While the area itself is nicely set up, it was frequently in use by others during our stay, which took away from the sense of privacy and our ability to enjoy/use the backyard. It would be really helpful if the listing clearly stated that the backyard is shared and/or not a private space so future guests can plan accordingly.
