We loved this villa. It was close to the beach and the community pool. The beach isn't suitable to swim but my 7 year old grandson enjoyed building sand castles. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. Carlos responded to our questions quickly and efficiently. We would love to stay here again.

Had some issues. Door code was incorrect, no hot water first night. Quick response to both issues.

The unit is almost 50 years old (Beach Village is one of the first complexes built in Palmas, around 1974); the unit is close to the beach, the pool and Palmas main amenities. It is fully equipped, but cleanliness needs improvement.
