If you’re coming by train, it’s a 5-minute walk with your luggage
If you’re coming by car, there’s underground parking; the apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator.
All tram lines are within a 5-minute walk, including the one that takes you to Palavas Beach in 45 minutes.
When you pick up the keys, I’ll ask for a €300 security deposit for the key set, which includes two key fobs and a security key. The deposit can be paid in cash or by check, and you will receive a receipt. The deposit will be refunded in full upon return of the complete set of keys at checkout.
This deposit is only required if you need to use the parking garage entrance.

Our host was excellent. Always got back to us quickly. The apartment was in good condition and very well situated in good shape and had everything we needed. The apartment was large with an enormous amount of decks. Excellent amenities in the area.

The apartment is even more beautiful in person, very quiet and light. It was meticulously clean, and Francoise was a very friendly and kind host.
