The cabin was beautiful, cozy, clean, decorated, chic yet comfortable. It was full of games and activities for nights in after long days out. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. Our host Kenny was the best that I have had so far. He checked in periodically to ensure we were settled in and had no needs that he could meet. He had very quick resolutions if we had a need. Overall, it was an excellent stay, location near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but away from the busyness of tourist traffic. The town was friendly and full of attractions, such as shopping, amusements parks, and restaurants.

Convenient location and perfect way to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UT! Host was very informative throughout the process. Only bummer was that the hot tub was out of service, although we were informed prior to our stay. Thank you for all the great memories!

The cabin was cozy. The host had good communication. The location was perfect for us.

The furniture & comforters on the beds were covered in stains. Two of the bathrooms had mold/mildew in the shower. Microwave & top of the range were filthy. (I was told that someone would be sent to clean, but they never came. Fortunately, I always travel with Clorox wipes & Lysol, so I was able to clean that.) There is a large ceiling fan/light at the top of the stairs overlooking the den area. The remote didn't work, so we could not have the fan running unless the light was on. Since someone was sleeping in the open loft area , it got extremely hot at night. There were outlets that didn't work & one that was not even attached to the wall. Some of the sliding doors wouldn't close correctly. We had to go outside several times to reset breakers that had cut off. The air conditioning stopped working Wednesday night. I stayed behind in hopes that someone could come out Thursday to repair it. The service guy got it working late that afternoon, however, it then wouldn't cut off & reached 58 degrees. (I had even tried turning the system off.) Two of us had some work to do while we were on vacation. Unfortunately, the wifi/internet was out the entire week. We were advised to go somewhere that had internet service if we couldn't access a hotspot. Leaving 3 teens was not an option! There was no ability to watch anything on tv at night since the tv had to have internet access. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 weeks for the host to respond, Unfortunately my calls &
