We stayed at this unit for over a month. The host was welcoming and provided frequent communication about anything we needed to be aware of such as when another group was occupying the upper unit right above this one or just general stuff. We stayed at this unit for over a month in the winter time, and things to be aware for visitors during the winter season: 1) there's a big yard, which is nice for pets, but rains a lot in Oregon and entry area can get very wet and muddy.2) If there's people occupying the upper unit, it can get quite noisy in this lower unit. 3) The place is located in an older neighborhood and street light is lacking so be aware that it can be very dark outside. All in all we had a great experience and the host is very responsive and easy to communicate with if there's a concern. There are some rules to follow that the host will make you aware of. We had no issues with any of that.

Beautiful private space. Hosts were super friendly and available.. Would definitely stay again :)
