Great host and location

Host was helpful. Place was comfy and perfect for our needs. Could watch NFL football without a code!!

Richard was an excellent host and extremely responsive whenever we had a question. Great location and perfect house for a lake trip!

The day we were traveling to Ogallala I had to call the Host to get the combination. The first evening we got there the ceiling lights in the kitchen, the dining room and the family room went out. I contacted the host early the next morning and he brought out some lamps that evening about 5:45 as he could not get an electrician out to fix the issue. The electrician never did come to fix the lights; I was told he had too many problems which is why he didn't make it to help us. We turned on the TV in the family room but there was no sound control on the one remote, and the sound level was way too loud, so we turned it off. When the Host dropped the lamps off, he had to give me instructions on the thermostat as it was not self-explanatory, and we couldn't get the AC to work properly.
