The house was beautiful and so comfortable.

Wonderful hosts! Loved the heated pool and the hot tub! Perfect location!

The house is super clean and comfortable and very well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood. I think we picked the rainiest week of the year to stay in Lake Havasu... so happy for the hot tub! Would stay there again.

First thing we requested was blinds to be fixed in the back bedroom so the morning sun did not come in. That never got repaired. Figure out how to heat up the spa had to bring in a local pool guy to help us figure out how to heat just the spa then the spa light didn’t work and then the ladder on one of the bunkbeds was broken the paperwork on how to operate the spa on the kitchen wall was overwhelming. There was a remote that did not work. There was not pool towels. There was only bath towels in the home. They had a playroom off of the master bedroom that had a couch, a TV a foosball table for the kids that room had no power to it nor did the air-conditioning work in there so they couldn’t use the playroom. The Property definitely needs attention. I have stated several Vrbo’s in Lake Havasu would highly suggest the owners or the managers go visit the property.
