The luscious outside environment is refreshing as it's full of trees and greeneries! The security is tight as well so you will really feel secured while inside the property. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and SM mall. The host is responsive and attentive to our needs and requests.
The toilet floor needs thorough cleaning and the leaky kitchen drainage needs to be fixed. Living room furniture needs revamping.
