Loved the extra space and the seclusion. I thought we would be closer to the lake. Couldn’t see it from the house. WiFi is plugged into a wall switch that was turned off when we arrived and not explained. Upstairs bathroom exhaust fan and window blinds were not functional. Once we figured out the WiFi, we were fine and enjoyed our stay. Lovely setting and a charming log cabin house.

We loved this place! This was the log cabin feel we were looking for. My only thought is there could have been a more accessible communication with the host. We tried reaching out to see if we could use the fire pit, for example. It was like filling out a ticket or something. In any case, there was no real reply. Having said that, the rest of the stay was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted with local hard cider and a very clean home. The home features unique art and many books that were fun to look at. No time for reading though. We spent our time on the slopes.

The house is nice and has lots of character. The deck and yard area are really nice and well-maintained.A few issues:- The listing indicates "water access on Green Lake with mooring available". You cannot swim or moor the boat within walking distance of the house.- The grill was not cleaned before we arrived- There are no beach towels available for use, so you'll have to buy them upon arrival or bring your own- Very limited soap and toilet paper provided
