Old Avenue Hotel

I booked a room with a balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street. I was concerned about noise as I was there over a weekend, but with the windows closed there was absolutely no disturbance at all. The location is amazing - so central to everything and the balcony was perfect to sit and people-watch. The room was very well provided-for - the bed was a bit soft for me so I've docked one mark, but that's being very picky. I forgot to ask for a double instead of twin beds, but that's on me. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there is a lift to all floors. I would 100% recommend this hotel, and the price was very reasonable - especially compared to Yerevan prices. Just one thing to note, if you take a taxi, their sat-nav might try to direct them down a blind alley next to the pedestrian street - so just get them to drop you at the end on the main road and you can then take the short walk to the hotel.

Очень приятные работники, в номере было чисто

1) из душа вытекала вода, потому что стенка душа заканчивалась раньше стены - там гигантская щель 2) синтетическое постельное белье, с ним было жарко, без него - прохладно 3) окна выходят на улицу, поэтому достаточно шумно (но тут платишь за расположение). При этом в комнате быстро становится душно, а кондиционер достаточно шумный 4) очень скрипят кровати, также неудобные подушки (тут каждому свое, но на твердых высоких подушках большинству сложно спать)
