Roselle Grand Hotel Hanoi

I was impressed by how efficiently the staff worked. When I needed housekeeping, they responded quickly, so I never had to wait long for assistance. They were also happy to chec k my room for anything I might have forgotten as soon as I asked at checkout. I didn't have breakfast during my stay, but the service overall was reliable and well organised.

The staff was amazing. Very welcoming, helpful and unbelievable nice and friendly. Very outstanding! The hotel is nice and clean - the rooms too. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. And the location is great too. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family, when they are coming to Vietnam.

We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. After a long flight, we were exhausted, so it was great that the staff kept the check-in quick and simple. During our stay, we asked them to arrange a 2-day, 1-night Ha Long Bay trip for us. We weren't expecting too much, but the trip actually exceeded our expectations and was also very reasonably priced. They also helped us arrange a city tour around Hanoi, which saved us a lot of time when planning our itinerary. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and we really appreciated all the help.
