The hotel is beautifully located, with a stunning view of the valley. The garden surrounding the hotel is very well maintained. The room was spacious, and although the furniture and equipment were a little worn, everything worked well.

The hotel offers rooms with breakfast included, but unfortunately, breakfast is not served until 9:00 a.m., while most excursions in the area start around 6:00–7:00 a.m. This makes it almost impossible to enjoy the breakfast you've paid for. What's even more frustrating is that there's no option to book a room without breakfast, so you end up paying for something you can't use.

The view is absolutely stunning! The beautiful garden attracts so many birds, creating a peaceful and charming atmosphere. It would be even better with a few more comfortable seating areas in the garden, so guests could relax and fully enjoy the wonderful surroundings.

The location was beautiful with the river and the valley, and convenient and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful- they were very accommodating for my child and I.

The building was incredibly loud. We could hear every door and cabinet opening and closing all day and all night. We could hear the staff sweeping the floors upstairs and we heard all the conversations of the other people from any hallway or stairwell. This made nap time for our one year old incredibly difficult and our own sleep at night was broken as we were woken up to doors and people. The bathroom shower was moldyyyy. Mold everywhere ion the ceiling and the tub tiles. The hot water was also incredibly unstable and would either boil you alive or freeze you to death.
