Excellent location, spotless apartment would definitely return

Very confortable, well equiped and quiet apartment
Private car parking on site (at additional cost)
City center location, withing walking distance to touristic attractions, restaurants and shops
Great value for money
Very difficult to reach the apartment by car - would be very useful to provide guests with detailed route to the accomodation and guidelines about which cars are allowed on the road in city center before guests' arrival

The location was fantastic right in the centre of Madrid. The apartment was a great size, clean & well equipped. Good Wi-Fi. Close to restaurants, bars & shops. Most attraction within walking distance from the apartment.
The apartment was functional and overall ok but could be doing with an upgrade. The decor and some of the furniture in the Living room is a bit tired. But was fine for a short stay in the City. It wouldn't put me off using again.
5 / 10·paź 2026
Close to all attractions. Good eateries
Issues with toilet in en-suite. Sewerage smell that they tried to mask with freshener.
Water leaking thru roof in bathroom was fixed, but no hot water after that.
Broken door handle to en-suite
PowerPoint was hidden in second bedroom
