The Lubo - self check-in

Great location. Comfortable beds. Good shower.

Inadequate cooking equipment. Could use one small pot, a colander. Nothing but salt and pepper. It's nice if there is a little cooking oil and maybe another seasoning or two.

Great location! Really impressed with the room had everything we needed for a one night stay, although gladly would have stayed longer. Comfortable beds, space for all of the luggage and the kitchenette was definitely a nice surprise. Some reviews complained about the steps, but that is only one way to enter, around the corner is a lift to handle all of your luggage - there is a sign on the wall next to the check in kiosk indicating, so don't let the stairs intimidate you. Used the stairs to go up and down to the 5th floor until leaving, but the lift is an option for those with mobility issues. Would happily stay there again

Okay, the self check is straight forward IF you register your information prior to check in AND you check in at or after the time noted on your reservation. We watched a couple go thru a lengthy process to enter their information and become frustrated. We tried to check in earlier than expected, and received an error. Would have avoided a phone call if the message indicated something to the effect of "check in after 4:00pm" rather than just "an error occurred". After the phone call to understand this it was no problem using the kiosk.
