The old couple was very helpful to me. I will stay there again when ever I come back to Ho Chi Minh City.

The room was very clean.
The room is a bit small for a couple but will do for solo travelers.

The location is great - within walking distance of my drop-off point when I arrived in Vietnam from Cambodia. Very convenient. At night, the hotel is quiet, and I slept well. The room has everything. It has comfortable and clean beds. Warm shower. Working A/C and a fan. What I enjoyed most: it has a dedicated workspace for a laptop.
I noticed tiny insects crawling rapidly in my room, and they were not ants. Definitely not ants. They didn't seem to be bed bugs either. My bed was super clean, and the sheets showed no signs of blood-sucking episodes. I informed the reception about their presence. That's it.
