Perfect all-season cottage with easy access to beaches, wineries and restaurants.
The cottage is between McCabes Beach (5-min walk), a popular spot for windsurfing with lifeguards on duty in the summer, and Horton Point Lighthouse (10-min walk), great for picnics and sunsets. Near many restaurants and farm stands, including a quick walk to Little Ram for farm-stand oysters.
Outdoors - bluestone patio with a BBQ, portable fire pit, and seating for outdoor dining. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided.
Bedrooms - 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 twin) are connected by a bathroom.
Living Area - Open concept living room with a record player and ever-growing library of options. Enclosed porch. 65" TV with Netflix.
Work from Home - Great wifi. There is a 3rd room which can be used as a workspace with a Samsung monitor if you want to plug in your laptop (HDMI cable).

We loved our stay at Jonathan's cottage! We were fortunate enough to have fantastic weather, the beach around the corner is lovely. Jonathan provides a wagon so you can easily port the chairs he also provides. Cottage is light, open and airy and feels bigger than it is. We had friends visit and the bedrooms are separate with two full bathrooms so still plenty of privacy. This is a great location and we'd definitely return.

Jonathan was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and always quick to reply. The house was clean and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking. The location was perfect, just a quick 3-minute bike ride to one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Fork. We had a fantastic experience overall and would definitely love to stay here again!

Lovely property close to the beach. Our family, ages 3-40, enjoyed the property thoroughly. The nearby beach is a gem, and we loved the fireflies at night. Everything was comfortable and enjoyable! Excellent host communications.

The house is situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Southold. Five minute walk to a quiet beach. Very slow traffic on the roads. Great for walking. House Interior is well considered. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Master bedroom mattress very comfortable. Lots of windows and light. Great communications with owner. Would stay again.
