Hotel needs renovation/updating. Rooms are surface clean but need a thorough cleaning. Carpets grout crevices are pretty dirty.

Very nice, well maintained facility. Room was comfortable and clean. Quiet setting with a great view outback looking over the lake and marina. Continental breakfast had the typical offerings. One day during stay, they offered hot food as well for $14 I was told by desk staff. Did not use this amenity. Park gate fee is deducted from your rate when you submit receipt. Nice pool and gym.
