Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very central. There's the Wien Mitte station across the hotel and a small mall with shopping and food places. Walking distance tot he famous schnitzel restaurant Figlmuller. Safe area. There's room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was very hot outside but their AC was nice and cool unlike the other places you go to in the city (stores and restaurants) I will definitely come stay here again!
