Friendly staff, great location. We got the executive room and it came with access to the lounge which was great since we can just pop in for drinks and snacks. Convenient and has good options. The room was spacious for Europe. For Americans, note that there's AC but it's locked to the lowest of 18 degrees Celsius.

Staff helpful, professional and very friendly.
We were very happy with the location close to 2 metro stations and a short walk to Nyhavn.
We did not eat or drink at the hotel so can not comment on this
