Perfect location right downtown, opposite Roma Parkland. The room outlook was pleasant and tranquil (especially considering the downtown location!) and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our stay!

We have stayed here several times and everything is always amazing. This time it was our 25th wedding anniversary and the staff sent up a sweet plate for us to share and a beautiful card. We will always choose Mercure Spring Hill when staying in Brisbane.

We have stayed at this hotel many times because of its great location near to medical facilities and the free bus to the city and return. However the recent makeover for the Meriton group is outstanding. Staff were a little overstretched by an influx of diners due to a nearby nighttime event in the park, but managed very well over our 5 nights stay. Well priced and beautifully decorated. We will return.
