Loved everything about the location and amenities. Disappointing that they could not accomodate a late check out.

Great service and amazing amenities

Room was clean. Loved the daily water, coffee and chocolates. Staff was amazing. Had a nice breakfast at Gus’. Food was plentiful and yummy but the restaurant itself needs updating and to be cleaned. There is dirt build up on the floors, benches were torn, fans were filthy. Staff at the restaurant was great.

We completed a keys-hopping trip this past week for our 40th wedding anniversary staying in 4 different resorts/hotels. Reefhouse was by far our favorite. The rooms were well laid out and spacious. The entire staff, from the front desk to the maintenance staff to management, they all went above an beyond. The watersports crew (I believe as separate entity) were so attentive and accommodating. The restaurants were out of this world and the bartenders were great. We had an issue that we addressed with the front desk. They did their best to accommodate, but some of it was out of their hands. It was escalated to management and they were right on top of it. We really appreciated and noticed this great customer service—it takes so little effort, yet it's getting harder to find these days. High marks for cleanliness, location, staff and grounds. This is also in the heart of Key Largo making it a great central point for restaurants, boating, fishing, magnificent sunsets and just a great place to sit by the water and do absolutely NOTHING!! We give it 5 stars all the way.
