Courtyard by Marriott Miami Coconut Grove

There was a property charge that was not included in the rate. Staff very good

Excellent stay overall! The hotel was exceptionally clean and offered even more amenities than I expected. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. Check-in was quick and easy, and the location was great as well. Honestly, I wish I could have stayed longer. The only minor issue I noticed was with the valet service. At times, it seemed they had difficulty distinguishing between hotel guests and ride share operators, which occasionally resulted in slower service because they assumed I was the uber when valeting my car initially rather than needing valet or hotel assistance with bags coming out of the car and bring it to my room. Aside from that small inconvenience, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

We got there early so we hung out at the pool. Our room wasn’t ready until after 4:00 because the hotel has 2 checkout times. They have a 10am checkout, and a 3pm checkout. Supposedly, the customers staying in the room we were supposed to get had a 3pm checkout. We were only staying 1 night, so getting to the room at 5pm was not an ideal situation after traveling all day.

everything was beautiful!
