The property’s location is excellent, it’s walking distance to the trains central station (one can take a train to Copenhagen or to other cities and also can take a boat tour to see malmo). The property is also a walking distance to the city centre. There’s a small mall with a grocery store right adjacent to the hotel and also many restaurants and coffee shops around. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good.
The lower floors are renovated but the upper floors are not yet. Unfortunately our room was on an upper floor that needed renovation badly however the bathrooms were renovated.

One night layover, good location to walk out to central Malmo for shopping, dinner, fika and wine. Nice and comfortable, great breakfast!
