Great experience, good ambience, staff are courteous, Airport pickup and check in was good, multiple food options in breakfast buffet. Enjoyed staying

The staff at the hotel are very well mannered and friendly The rooms are clean and well maintained They offer several very good amenities The breakfast is very good . The restaurant manager was very accommodating He managed to get us what we asked for . We asked for cake in the morning to celebrate our granddaughters birthday . He got it for us with a candle . I asked for a fruit not in the buffet and he sourced that too. The staff at the check in counter were also very accommodating. We will definitely make this our stop on our next trip to Chennai

Neat room and good breakfast

I’m staying at this hotel for the second time. On my first time through Delhi there was a problem with check-in. And then the air-conditioning in my room didn’t work. So I had to switch rooms at 4 o’clock in the morning. However, the assistant manager found out about my experience and bent over backwards to make sure the rest of my day went perfect perfectly. I was also headed down to Chennai where I was also booked into the Trident down there. When he found that out, he called down to Chennai and made some special arrangements for me that made my stay down in Chennai. Very smooth. I was highly impressed.
