Nice location and nice rooms

We arrived very late and were greeted by the nicest man. He made sure we had cold water, helped us into and explained the elevator, and then the room was just as inviting. Spacious for three, and the two balconies overlooking Tivoli made the whole stay in Copenhagen absolutely magical. The bathroom was so clean with sustainable dental, shave, and other self care kits which we appreciated so much, as we were at the end of our trip. The breakfast was very good, with options for everyone, though when we left our table to refill coffee, they had cleared our table and took my phone at the front desk. They are quick to turn the tables, to accommodate the rotating groups of guests on their way for the day, so make sure at least one person stays at yours! Highly recommend.

Great location, good breakfast and helpful staff,

I had a fabulous stay at ProfileHotel Copenhagen Plaza two weeks ago. The room overlooked the beautiful Central Station, but with the window closed you couldn't hear a thing! The bathroom was recently renovated, the bed was super soft and the breakfast buffet was excellent! I also have to give special thanks to the receptionist, Chel, who walked all the way up to fourth floor with me to explain how the lights worked (as I was too stupid for smart lights!). All in all a fantastic stay, and I am definitely staying here again next time I'm in Copenhagen.
