Very comfortable room and decent breakfast! Parking was ample and the staff very friendly.

This property is in a great location. Easy access to freeway that takes you to Rocky Mountain National park, scenic, drive in an hour. 10 minutes to Pearl St, 5 minutes to a Whole Foods. Small hotel. Nice!

One of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is a yummy bonus. We were there Fri and Sat night and the person running the breakfast was on point and super kind. The room was quiet and we slept well. The parking is great being all around the building with easy access. My sister and I enjoyed it so much that when we come back to Boulder in a couple months for another event we set ourselves and other family up to stay here.

While well reviewed here, our room was certainly an exception to that. The light bulbs were dull. There was no window to the outside. The floor lamp was leaning over. The king bed room was not advertised as a handicapped room, and the handicap shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. There was little space on the counter in the bathroom. I could feel the springs in the mattress when I sat. There was no night light in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay at best. Honestly, I've had better stays in a Super 8.
