We enjoyed our stay, only suggestion is for a better system for early check in, as the communication for that was not the best.

Room could have been updated and you a bit cleaner. Saw a few spiders. Front desk was great, pool service was excellent. Breakfast staff was wonderful.

We loved New Hope Inn and Suites! The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the grounds uncommonly spacious, well-maintained, and inviting with different areas to relax, take in the beautiful surroundings, enjoy a drink or sit by the fire. The staff was impressive on a whole-other level. My husband and I were there for a wedding and as we packed up to go Sunday morning, he left his suit in the closet! The staff kept it secure, packaged it up, and sent it to us!! Unbelievable service, we were so grateful!
