Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport

This hotel was AMAZING!! The staff went above and beyond to help it's guests. The hotel ambassador gentleman was the BEST. We were their during the heat wave of July 4th. He noticed I was overheated when I walked in and asked how I was feeling. When I said not so good he offered to let me cool down in a walk in cooler. It really helped and saved me from getting sick. The check in staff, looked to find us a different room so I could go lay down and rest when our original room wasn't ready yet. They were AMAZING

Public transportation and restaurants are within walking distance. Good breakfast variety every day

The Staff was amazing

I travel frequently for work and have had the opportunity to stay at many hotels, but this experience was truly top-tier! From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. One thing that really stood out to me was witnessing the General Manager, Kevin, personally serving guests during breakfast. While wearing a suit, he was helping clean tables and taking care of spills on the floor. His willingness to jump in and serve wherever needed speaks volumes about his leadership and commitment to providing an excellent guest experience. The breakfast was outstanding as well! Chef Don and the young lady preparing omelets did a fantastic job. The food was delicious, and the service made the experience even better. It is refreshing to see a hotel where hospitality, teamwork, and genuine customer service are clearly a priority. This hotel has definitely made a lasting impression on me, and I look forward to staying here again when I return. Highly recommended!
