Be aware they take an addtl 100 for incidentals deposit and 85 if you buy anything in bistro parking was a hassle. But is was the 3rd of July so probably not always that backed up

Staff was excellent. One thing though Room 231 has a humming noise from the air conditioning that is very annoying to sleep. You should check that out

The staff was exceptional. The property was clean. The room was nice, bed was very comfy. Only difficult parts were the fact you cannot get a luggage cart up to the elevators, you have to carry your stuff up one set of stairs. Luckily a staff member was standing there and helped me. Also, one of the lifts in the pool area was clearly broken and rusted, but never removed. not having on site parking sucked, although the valet service was great. There was no free breakfast or receptions in the evenings, like other hotels in this price range. Hot tub was nice, other than the only thing separating it from the pool was a thin tile wall, so when kids were playing in the pool it disrupted the relaxation in the hot tub.

Awesome location!! A short walk to Nationwide Arena and tons of great food! Staff was great. The AC was noisy and couldn't turn off and the view out the window was a dumpster but other than that this is perfect for a downtown stay. Do yourself a favor and walk over to Wario's Beef and Pork for lunch!
