The hotel was clean overall. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary continental breakfast was good.
My main concern was safety. A sign at the front entrance said the hotel was not responsible for vehicle theft or items stolen from vehicles, which made me uneasy about parking there. Overall, the friendly staff was a plus, but the parking lot security concerns would make me hesitate to stay again.

Very helpful with my early checkin as I have a bad back but I was not able to secure an hour later checkout which was difficult as I could not get a ride in til noon

We were welcomed with friendly staff. They took time to get to know us. The room was clean and cleaned every day. The breakfast was good and nourishing. We enjoyed our stay and will use Quality Inn when we come to town again.
