The Heritage Hotel Manila

I stay at Heritage every time I go to Philippines The place is beautiful and the staff are amazing

My room was facing Edsa Street and Roxas Blvd and was very noisy all night long therefore I lost one night of sleep . The duty manager made up for the inconvenience by providing us a complimentary shuttle ride to the airport

The buffet was good and lots of selections. But compare to other hotels, i think it’s more expensive. Good thing we got seniors discount. Thanks for the good services starting from reception to buffet until check out.

We needed 2 rooms on short notice, and we had no issues reserving. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a good walking distance to MOA and food nearby. We had a later flight, and the staff let us keep one of the rooms until 2pm to help bridge the gap until it was time to for us to head to the airport. The rooms were clean, the only issue was there was a musty smell in one of our rooms. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would stay there again without hesitation. Salamat to the staff, they were great!
