Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Willow Grove

We had an issue with our room and the staff moved us immediately. They were helpful and even carried our luggage to the new room

Clean room, first room the ac was not working and then promptly moved me to another room Great accommodation

The front desk people, and then the breakfast. Very nice environment

Second time staying at this property and enjoy the cleanliness and amenities of the rooms. Staff always helpful and courteous. Only one complaint this time. The property is undergoing some renovations. All well and good. However there are lot of temporary storage units around the area and units being renovated. And the placement of these storage units are taking away a lot of parking spaces for people staying at the hotel. We returned later in the evening and had to park near the entrance to the property, even though our room was closer to the other end of the property. We realize that the storage units are needed for the renovation work being done. Just would like to see them placed somewhere that doesn't impact the availability of guests parking. Other than that, another wonderful stay.
