Best Western London Airport Inn & Suites

The rooms were clean upon arrival and were cleaned multiple times with fresh towels over my 5 day stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, a huge thank you to Rachel and Pamela whose kindness made the stay that much more memorable and enjoyable. Breakfast has some changes to it day-to-day which is good if you get bored of the same food day in day out. Plenty of parking for anyone driving, with a shuttle that goes to and from London airport, as well as a quick taxi request at the front desk where necessary. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

Breakfast was great. The room was clean but the carpet was terrible.

Our first room had an air conditioner unit that didn't work. We went back to the front desk and the staff was very helpful in getting us a better room.

A very clean room with comfy beds. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Just outside of town.
