The Westin Edmonton

Very nice stay. Everything was terrific too to bottom.

The property is getting tired; the shades were repaired using staples, and one in our room did not work. The dark decor is dated, and some of it felt grungy with splatters under the glass top on the desk. The wall plugs would not hold a plug, so they cannot be used to charge phones or power an iron. Other outlets in the room worked well. The bed and linens were great, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and prompt. Two nightstands in the king room would be helpful.

We had an awesome stay! Valet parking was awesome for only an extra 12$ Can order drinks from the bar downstairs and bring to your room was cool. All the staff from the front desk, to valet to the bar staff were super helpful and very friendly! The bed was so comfortable with lots of soft pillows. Best sleep. We are definitely staying here again :)

The staff were efficient and friendly. Check-in and check out were quick Reception areas clean and inviting. Room is spacious, bed is super comfortable and clean. Amenities are great: coffee/tea; water; microwave. However: carpeting is old and not completely smooth…ridges could be a fall risk. Hallway carpeting is stained. Room is not soundproof…can hear other people talking and snoring. Lightning plugs have not been modernized for a hotel of this caliber….disappointing.
