The place was amazing! We had a great time and plan to return.

Good stay despite some issues. It took three people (including a senior manager) to check me in. It was like I was the first person whoever checked in before. I think it had to do with the fact I had a condo that the hotel operates but maybe doesn't manage. Check out was also questionable. We charged a meal to the room and did not get a final invoice at check out. The sauna also didn't work. The best part were the shuttle drivers; they were great.

The man that checked us in was wonderful. I think his name was Grant. So very helpful.

We loved having a place we could all gather around the dining room table for dinner instead of restaurants every night.
Everything was neat and tidy.
The only suggestion I would add is to have some laundry detergent pods in addition to the dishwashing supplies. It’s not something I thought to bring and was not easily available near the hotel. (We did not have a car)
