Everything was a great experience from the service to the cleanliness of the room to the staff, except the air-conditioning needs work because for the entirety of time that we were in the room, it was set to 18° however, this was not the reality because it was always warmer than that, therefore, the air-conditioning needs improvement. Gracias

Perfect location for relaxing. Breakfast is perfect variety of fruits, meats and bread. This is my second time at this location.
There were a lot of families with young children. Must get to the pool early to save a chair.
For me I like access to the ocean, not too crowded the ocean is steps from the hotel.
Drinks were overpriced, everything else was good. Hotel may need to upgrade air conditioning system, was difficult to cool our room down. Lastly, the spa was fabulous, large spacious clean and relaxing , worth spending the day after a treatment.

Out door pool is wonderful except you are only allowed one towel a day.
