Pretty clean and friendly staff, even with renovations happening

The location of the hotel was excellent- next to Kendall MIT station and very close to both the Longfellow and Harvard Bridges for exploring Boston on foot. My room was spacious and modern. Housekeeping staff were excellent and were very polite and accommodating for the timing that suited me to have my room cleaned. The club lounge was well worth paying for an upgraded room. The staff in there couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating, they did a great job. The service at breakfast in the evening was excellent. The food at breakfast and in the evening was very nice and the option to take your evening appetiser to go for my room was a nice touch.

Awesome service and staff, lovely area.

Room - we used this hotel for the FIFA WC - room was ok for 4 but we were trying to save money. Location- far enough away from the city centre but close enough that it was convenient. Easy access with the subway etc. Gym - this is the best hotel gym I have seen. Very spacious and loads of machines.
