Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Arcadia/Pasadena

Our initial room was dirty and we told the front desk and they immediately changed us to a different room.

The breakfast was delicious every day Alma made it even better with her cheerful attitude. The food was well stocked and very clean. The pool was so clean and maintained. Parking was a challenge for handicap as we got back late to our room. The cons are: the pool towels are like car wash rags. The pillows are so small, the are uncomfortable. We have stayed at several Hampton Inn properties and notice all of them have this problem. Please get better pillows and pool towels, they are lousy. We never asked for our room to be serviced, but we asked for housekeeping to replenish what we needed and It worked out great. This was a great location for all of things that we did & it is such a nice safe area. The Laundromat was out of order but we were able to use another hotels across the street and that worked out for us.

Parking was good, room was clean but breakfast was ok.

Room was clean and had a good selection of breakfast food.
