This was a great location for a downtown Asheville stay. They inn is an older building, but it was in good condition.

The staff were mostly nice. We arrived late at night and stayed 2 days leaving early. The amenities were okay. Beds are very firm. Key system will maybe annoy you. Doors do not auto lock or auto close. Make sure to tell the front desk people to lock their computers when they leave. This hotel is asking for cyber security issues. Many door frames are warped and dont close properly. All in all the hotel was nice and the staff were kind.
