Very conveniently located. Overall the property is a little "tired" (in need of some upkeep). Very friendly staff.

This is a classic old hotel that has such charm, great location and a wonderful staff. Room and beds were very nice.
The only complaint (for lack of a better word), is a 2nd floor room is hard on older folks carrying luggage up and down steps . Lesson learned.

The inn is currently being renovated and the elevator didn't work. Our suite was large, clean and comfortable, located on the 3rd floor with a great view of Lake Michigan. The staff was very pleasant and we enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Charlevoix.
