The room was filthy , bathroom need cleaning and updating, inside the bathroom is black need bleach to clean up , the sink was filthy underneath .
rugs are old and smell bad, sheets with black stains and ripped, looks like the rugs have not cleaned for a while.
The breakfast was very poor, no eggs at all.

The hotel was clean and felt safe. Location was close to downtown. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. I always enjoy the waffles. Coffee could be better. Lots of parking.
