All staff was extremely friendly, especially Joe at the breakfast counter. Our room was clean, the property seemed to be newly renovated and the outdoor patio and pool were excellent. The breakfast was your typical breakfast buffet, but was very good and the staff working that area was very kind. We make a yearly trip to Waco and this was our first time staying at this hotel. It will be our go to spot from now on!

The breakfast was amazing; staff very friendly and took care of our needs. Acutally, went out of the way to make us feel cared for.
The woman at the front desk was so friendly. We were there on July 4th celebration and she was out in the parking lot making sure others weren't taking the guests spots. She had so many reactions with the guests, made them feel welcome and valued.
Will be back!
