Staff is exceptionally amazing, greeting you as you return and leave. The cleanliness is unparalleled regardless of where you are in the hotel and I am excited about trying the massage services next year.
Breakfast is amazing and filling going from east to west seamlessly. This was our second year staying here and we are excited to return! The balcony is beautiful during the day and at night. With the Bay View stunning and alive! The onsen that re-opened was another benefit of staying here!!! In such a crazy world this place opens a retreat into peace and comfort.

Clean hotel, very reasonably priced, located well in Yokohama. Trains to major city areas close by.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large and had a small balcony with a gret view of the bay. For the price it was an incredible stay.
