Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown

We always love going to the Heritage. Great views and just far enough out of town to get away from the crowds but not that far to get back into town in 5 minutes. Staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are comfortable too. However rooms could be cleaned earlier and before the late afternoon. There was one day our room was completely forgotten, despite us telling them we were leaving our room in the morning. I think there may have been a shortage of cleaners this time. They did do their best though. Not complaining. Restaurant and bar staff are excellent. We will definitely book there again.

Staff were great, close to town and overall a very aesthetically designed and maintained hotel. Would stay there again!

Great stay, room was comfortable and breakfast was great

Room was very clean and nice balcony with views. Room was spacious and linen was very good. Small refridgerator and kettle. Nice toiletries and very comfortable bed.
