The housekeeping staff was really nice, but the front desk people at both check-in and check-out seemed bothered to have to help. It's my own fault that I didn't notice in the listing that there is no elevator, but the check-in person seemed so disinterested in helping that I didn't even ask whether there was the possibility of a similar room on the ground floor. Several people rang the bell at the front desk during breakfast without getting any response. Key cards stopped working on the day of check out, so they had to be re-activated. Nothing is refilled for breakfast after 8:30. I would recommend one of the many other options in Livingston.

Very clean room, friendly, helpful staff, breakfast was delicious.. The tin around the bottom of the beds was very annoying!
