Nice, big hotel with swimming pool. Very busy during our stay with various events taking place. Rooms are nice size however the finish in the bathroom needs improvement for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good with lots of choice. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay but do not feel overall that the 5 star rating is accurate. Also we were issued two keys - one works the elevators and the other the room. Unfortunately at check in we were not informed of this, thus ensued some delay in lift until another resident explained how the keys work.

We spent 2 nights here and it was truly perfect. Every single aspect deserves 10 out of 10. The hotel is lovely, rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the service is exceptional. All the staff are professional, kind, and so friendly — they made us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely incredible — the food tasted amazing, everything was fresh and delicious, and the breakfast room itself was pristine and beautifully kept. We couldn’t fault a single thing! And the view over the city — especially at night — was absolutely magical. It made our stay feel so special and memorable. Everything ran smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This is now our go-to place whenever we are in Harare. Highly recommended! 💛
