It’s all about the people working at Ramses Hilton! Everyone is doing an excellent job. From the great team at the front desk, to the customers service staff that calls every day to make sure I didn’t need anything, and finally to the great guy handling house keeping everyday on my floor from nine AM to five PM with a warm and great smile that brightens my day. Thanks everyone.

Amazing view from balcony and great and friendly staff. Just a little slow at check in and check out but everything else about the property was great
